Reservations can be made online by clicking over to our own Summit/W Hotel hotel reservation site. Rates are guaranteed for the dates of our event, June 20-22, 2013. In addition, we do have a limited number of hotel rooms saved for attendees for Wednesday, June 19 at this rate, however, we cannot guarantee availability so book early.
Parking Rates
- Valet $28 with in/out privileges at no extra charge.
- Garage under hotel $15 flat rate for 24 hours (no in and out privileges).
This special Summit room rate is good until May 30, 2013, so make sure you reserve your room! In 2012, our hotel sold out of rooms before the cut-off date, so remember to reserve early to guarantee your spot at the awesome Westin Hotel in downtown Cincinnati!
