Setting up Blogging Goals is a SMART way to ensure that you know where you are going with your blog. To become more “Savvy” with our blogging, let’s set up some blogging goals and share them with each other. Sharing will not only allow us to share positive and encouraging feedback, but will also encourage and give others ideas for their own goals. Be sure to read the previous post on setting up Blogging Goals for the New Year. Then write up your posts, and come back here and link to them.

I was going to add this to a post I am working on for tomorrow, so if I can still enter my link, I will.
Otherwise, here are my blogging goals:
1. Being relatively new to the blogging world, I want to learn more about what it takes to make a blog a success (i.e. reader loyalty, keeping the unique visitor rates high, etc).
2. I would like to start branching out more like I’ve started doing to work with companies on product reviews/giveaways and eventually, the end goal, having them advertise on my blog.
3. A simple goal would be to learn how to use WP since I am switching to WP this month.
4. I would also like to learn how to use Twitter productively. Specifically, I’d like to learn how to keep track of the popular hashtags being used.

You might shorten your link title. I also tried unsuccessfully several times, with my link title being- “A Slob Comes Clean (Focus and growth)”, but when I did it and just put “A Slob Comes Clean” it went right through. Could be coincidence, but worth trying.

I’m having trouble with most of the sites that are using this new Simply Linked widget. It seems to have not process parentheses well. If I remove those, I have a lot better luck! Hope that helps!
