Ninja Plugin Users – Please Read!

by 5 Dollar Dinner Mom on January 13, 2012

We wanted to make sure that you were aware of the fraud notice posted today by MaxBlogPress, the developers of the Ninja plugin and several other plugins. (Thanks to Myrah for the heads up!)

You can find more information about the situation on the MaxBlogPress blog.

While we don’t believe there is a need to remove your plugin, it would be wise for you to check your code, or have your tech team look through the code, change your password on your MaxBlogPress account, and get a database backup of your site. These would just be precautionary measures to take to protect yourself, your blog and your business.

Wow! Thank you so very much for the notice. Karen, you’re right, it’s very sad…. Shame on him.
Now when you say check our code, what are we looking for?
